Son yıllarda ülke genelinde görülen kuraklığın Sungurlu’da da etkisini gösterdiğini ifade eden Kelepircioğlu, “Son birkaç yıldan beri Sungurlu’ya da az yağış gelmesi sonucu oluşan kuraklık nedeniyle çiftçilerimiz emeklerinin karşılığını alamamaktaydılar. Bu nedenle son günlerde meydana gelen kar yağışlarını bir can simidi olarak görüyoruz. Bu kar yağışı özellikle çiftçilerimizi çok sevindirdi. Bu yolun kuraklığın etkisinin kaybolması yönünde ki umutlarını yeşertti.” dedi.
